Joe Dispenza takes us through three powerful techniques that we should try for seven days to see greater results in our lives and for the future.

1. When you get up first thing, start your day with the question – “what is the greatest ideal of myself that I can be today?” rather going straight to your phone and checking your emails. Get out of the habit that limits your mind and programmes you the wrong way and think about yourself and the day ahead. Think about the things you want to change for the betterment of yourself, and be conscious of them the whole day through. Make the right choices to fire yourself in the right direction. Before you get up, visualise the great life you will have if you work hard at it.

2. At the end of the day, take a moment to reflect on all the things that you have and be grateful for them. Feel it deep down with with your heart and really mean it. Be truly happy for what you have received deep down, and teach your body what it feels like to open up the true power of what you receive and be thankful for it, rather than be negative and think on what you could be missing.

3. Close you eyes and open up to the awareness around you. Pay attention to what’s around you in this state to reduce stress and helps you brain. Practice this each day to help you sense more and be more in tune with everything around you.

Gives these practices a go and see if they help you focus, feel better about yourself and push onward to become successful.
