How To Remember Everything You Learn
A video by Will Schoder showing us that we need to change the way we process information so we learn more for the long term rather than the short term.
We take in lots of information, through reading or internet searching but we often come to the conclusion that we have gained and learnt this knowledge. But we have not. Slowly the information slips away as we move onto new things too quickly and not process what we have looked at.
The trick is to get information stored into your long term memory by focusing on one thing at a time, and being able to recall it to commit to that memory. We must learn to turn away all the outside interference so the things we really want to learn are processed correctly. And repeat again and again to use the muscle memory of your brain to maximum effect.
