He discusses why it’s always worth loosing – you can always fail at what you don’t want to do so take a chance and risk failure doing what you love. And happiness will not be the whole time but you must look for it and embrace it whenever you can.

It’s important to do things of value, not just for yourself but for others. The power and energy of togetherness is much stronger than the individual, and makes the experience of life so much more rewarding.

So risk being seen. Show yourself and do not worry of the fear of rejection in whatever you do.
