The Scientist and former president of India A P J Abdul Kalam, through video snippets tells us how we should act to become great leaders and people.

You have to make the tough decisions. To be a good leader you must take the failures on yourself and give your successes to those around you – as to motivate them better and drive them onto further successes.

To be a leader you must be the captain of your problems, and even others too.

Have a dream. Acquire knowledge. If you work hard these things will allow you to become greater than you ever imagined. Further your potential and keep striving for total greatness.

So grow your mind by learning, and imagine the impossible.
