In this weeks podcast, Rich sits down with the incredible Kris Godinez from AHA Counselling in Arizona. Kris grew up in an emotionally abusive and dysfunctional household where her father had Borderline Personality Disorder and her mother showed strong traits of BPD. Her incredible book “Whats Up With Your Dad” gives an incredible insight in to growing up with this type of abusive.
Cluster B personality Disorders can be incredibly damaging to live with for not only the person with it but for everyone round them. For a great example of BPD take a look at the film Eternal Sunshine of A Spotless Mind, the character Clementine is a classic example of someone with BPD without the malignant side, Kris’ father was on the malignant side of BPD.
