– Unhealthy beliefs about the world.
You must give these up if you want to make something more of yourself, or you will be holding yourself back.
Remember the happy moments instead of the bad. Those small habits that linger can hold you back, and keep you away from the good that is just around the corner. Get rid of them to build up your mental strength.
So stop comparing yourselves to others and feeling bad about competition, and focus on yourself and the good that you can do for yourself and others.
