Richard is the Media Content Manger for Success4.com. He has a BA Honours in Film and Television Production from ARU in Cambridge where he went on to manage the Multi Camera TV Studio as well as teaching film editing, directing for film and writing for screen.

Richard has worked at BBC Voice, managing the television studio as well as running Appletree Media Norwich which made documentaries and promotional video's for social services. He also worked in broadcast Radio at BBC Radio Norfolk and Star Radio in Cambridge. He now manages the online content for Success4.com as well as creating the video and podcast content for Success4 and Success4's clients.

He also mentors on his Feed Your Social Media Monster training course which he designed and delivers to help success4 clients to creative innovative and creative content for their social media pages.

VALUE FOR ME ISN’T ALWAYS VALUE FOR YOU – FIND YOURS

We hear the word ‘Value’ banded around the self development world every single day. But as with many words in self improvement they can mean many different things to many different people. Here at Success4 we are incredible driven to make sure that you find what the help and guidance that is suitable to you, to where you want to go.

So Value, what is Value? well that is the trick…You get to decide, because like anything in this wonderful life, something only holds value from the value that you give it. I am a sentimental person so if someone gives me something, I attach that person to the object and find it hard to let that object go because it holds emotional value, and the emotional value is the value of the relationship connected to the person who gave it to me.

Please please do not let yourself get talked into seeing value in something if it goes against what YOU want to achieve and does not help you on YOUR journey. We have put together Success4 so that you can find your version of value by looking through the articles, videos and podcast and connected with what resonates with you and choosing a suitable coach on our FIND A COACH PAGE or Google the name in the article.

Look, there is no Get Rich Quick Scheme, we all know this. There is no lasting “Change You life in 21 Days” because “Change Your Life” actually means nothing, it has no way of measuring it and therefore how can it hold any value than the value that YOU have given it.

So please take time to get to know your coach or mentor BEFORE YOU SIGN UP AND HAND OVER YOUR MONEY. A good ethical coach will want to know they are the best fit for you, and that they can offer you what you need to move forward with you life.

Ethics and Morals should be at the core of any exchange between two people and if they are not the get the hell out of there. Your gut instinct will tell you when someone is just trying to put their hand in your back pocket. Don’t get me wrong, we all need to make a living and there are million’s of coaches all over the world who have great services on offer, but the key thing is YOU, YOU get to decided what is right for you and then find the coach or mentor to help you along the way.

Be careful, be brave and being your self development journey safely by finding out and deciding what VALUE means to you.
