What I learned from 100 days of rejection | Jia Jiang
Through his stories of deliberate rejection, Jia Jiang shows us how to overcome this feeling and push our lives forward to fulfilment and success:
As we go through life, we will often face rejection. The more life goes on, the more we will see. But with this, as we grow there is a choice in front of us – to let that rejection hold us back, clinging onto memories of fear and anxiety, or to use it to fulfil our dreams. To learn from it and move forward.
To grow in life we need to put ourselves into these situations that may be out of our comfort zones, so we can desensitise to the fear holding us back and get used to the bad so it doesn’t effect us in a way which shuts us off from growing in the future. We must do these things which we may not want to do, but know that if we put ourselves in rejections way the future will be so much brighter for it.
When you have this mindset, you will gain new perspectives. The more you ask and engage with the world the more options will open up for you.
