Our life doesn’t transform because we have come to one realization. However, it’s what will we choose to do with the realization that shifts the direction of our lives! I cannot jump from the screen and live your life for you – I cannot transform you but I can pass on a powerful realization I have come across Sunday evening!

Your responsibility is to utilise what I share and live a life where you’re continually taking inspired action, in spite of fear because you have chosen to live as you’re meant to and not as you think! not indoctrinated with beliefs that’s not even yours to begin with and I want you to understand a rather crucial message that Warren Buffet once had to share:

“Chains of habit are too  light to be felt until they are too heavy to be broken.”

Could this be said for beliefs too? It was this question which has inspired to write this for you audience! I know it can be said for it as I have experienced it! Sometimes we focus so much on transforming the beliefs we sense on the surface but not on the ones beyond the surface and my aim is to have you challenge these beliefs that’s automated you to self-sabotage yourself.
“Just imagine how much you’d get done if you stopped actively sabotaging your  own work.” As Seth would say!
IMAGINE! I’ve come to understand to understand that too often we sabotage ourselves without even realising, particularly when it comes to our success and prosperity. Perhaps it may be different area of your life but it’s still something similar I observe from a majority of the people getting to the nitty-gritty part of their belief that they miss to see because of the lack of clarity and focus!
Remember that energy flows where focus goes and results show!
Most people have generic focus and produce generic result, rather than working specifically on what’s necessary for them in order to develop the momentum and flow in their life when it comes to creating the life they desire.
Too often this is what I have observed from several people I have come across. People that are consistent, who have remained patient, put in the effort and prepared to savour the fruition of what they have sowed. THE DILEMMA, they haven’t been watering the correct seed because they couldn’t even be bothered to read the label and find out what type of seed it is that they’ve planted. Instead, they made the assumption, it’s the correct seed… the alternative they assume it’s the correct seed because it’s what their family sowed. They’re afraid of questioning why the fruit isn’t growing as they have anticipated but their family have invested their time, resources and energy SO who are they to question what’s been passed down to them, even if it’s not working BUT that’s precisely it! Too many people are afraid to challenge themselves because of the fear of being wrong and having to make a difference to your approach internally and externally!
“Don’t let your fear of what could happen make nothing happen.” Unknown
However, the seed will continue to provide these small signs that SOMETHING HAS GOT TO CHANGE so it can grow and blossom as it’s meant to. Instead they become fearful of the responsibility they must come to accept, they become fearful of accepting and letting go in order for something new to be introduced into their lives as this may tarnish their EGO for which we sometimes mistake it for courage and confidence because of things we do for short-term gratification.
“The obsession with instant gratification blinds us from long term potential.” Michael Dooley
Rather than few months to analyse our beliefs and actions, to accept and allow, to let go of things that isn’t serving us kindly and honour our journey and what life has in store for us – we would rather spend years and years, we have got it all together, we are on the right track, nothing needs to be changed just to avoid uncomfortable emotions and remain in our comfort zone instead and as I have mentioned earlier on! This habit may feel lighter but eventually it becomes heavier until we begin to experience the consequences of our decisions by reaping fruits that taste bitter and unbearable to chew on.
What then happens is even as these people come across few delicious fruits, they assume it to be bitter because of the few they have tasted and pass on the opportunity to taste something delicious… Just as in life, everything is simply a projection of what’s happening within – you’re not really observing situation or the world of abundance and opportunity as it’s meant to be seen. There’s a whole load of filtration happening as it’s processed into your mind based on your past experience so whilst another sees opportunity, you still remember that bitter taste and rotten fruit which you then attach it to all other situations regardless of how good it may sound to protect yourself.
You’re holding on to old limiting beliefs which you have convinced yourself you’ve dispersed of and replaced it… Perhaps, it’s possible but I repeat your current life is a projection of your inner being and you may have done some inner-work – however temporarily. What you have to bear in mind is there’s two types of change. A change which is temporary and a change which is permanent, sometimes we become confused with the two as we focus more on the result it’s producing rather than if it continues to remain consistent ,
“Many people are passionate, but because of their limiting beliefs about who they are and what they can do, they never take action that could make their dream into reality.” Anthony Robbins
Perhaps sometimes people may have made that temporary change which has allowed them to produce some result, manifest some dreams but the moment they acquire that very thing they desired, they may experience the thrill for the first few days but eventually they’ll begin to doubt themselves and whether they’ll be able to continue maintaining it which will make them feel uncomfortable so they switch to automated and self-sabotage themselves to return to their comfort zone once more and prove themselves right! The subconscious mind WILL always want to prove to you that you are not capable if you don’t learn to rewire it!
I urge you to thoroughly research into your limiting beliefs, your fears, doubts and what to do to permanently change it. Don’t let the fear of losing something that’s not even there let you lose something actual because you refused to invest in yourself thoroughly. Stand up and begin to challenge what matters to you and if your priority doesn’t feel in the right order, feel free to change it because it’s your life and you’re in control! What you should always focus is on the quality of your life rather than quantity because nothing is of more significance!
What will you do!?
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others”
In life, you will always have two voices. The voice of love which will liberate you to live your life and the voice of fear which will encourage you to hold on to things that doesn’t serve you out of scarcity but the decision is always you, which one will you choose to listen to and what will you choose to do! Take inspired action towards the life of your dream!
