When children grieve, we feel the need to protect them, however, they need to experience the feelings and grow from them - we should affirm the fact that they are feeling bad & not feel the need to fix them. Equally, we should speak about our feelings as they mirror our actions, if we Lock ourselves away to 'grieve' they will do the same.

In the first of a 3 part series Debbie Singh talks about how much we stress ourselves out for the wrong reasons, and should go with the flow of life without stressing too much. Because when we do this we allow ourselves to focus more and accomplish what we need.

Don’t overthink situations as they will lead to stressful results. Do not worry on those things which haven’t happened yet, and use the right mechanisms to deal with the right situations.
